DELIVERY WITHIN USA
All domestic orders ship via USPS Priority Mai. All orders ship from Miami, FL United States via USPS Priority Mail.​ We do not currently offer international shipping.

We normally process and dispatch all orders within  24-48 hours of being placed if the item is in stock. Should the item not be in stock we will email you within 24-48 hours.

We do our best to have processed orders delivered within 3-5 Business days, unless due to delay caused by the shipping courrier. We will not be held responsible for any postage delays that may occur. Although we are not responsible for loss or damage in shipping, please contact us within 5 business days of tracked delivery if there is an issue with your order.

Orders can be placed through our secure website anytime and paid using the Shopify secure checkout or paypal payments.



RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

ORDER CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES
We work as quickly as possible to process and fulfil your orders and get it to you as quickly as we can. Due to courier limitations, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order once it has been shipped. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order please contact us right away.

DAMAGED ITEMS
Although we are not responsible for loss or damage, please contact us within 5 business days of tracked delivery if there is an issue with your order.

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. While we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds at this time, please contact us within 2 business days of tracked delivery if there is an issue with your order.

DELIVERY ISSUES
We cannot be responsible for any orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. If we do not receive correct shipping information at the time of your order or within 12 hours of your order being placed, we are not liable for any costs incurred to retrieve or resend your order or for any lost or irretrievable packages. Any delivery issues or lost packages are the responsibility of the customer. In the case of a lost package, we will do everything in our power to correspond with the respective couriers to retrieve your package or to file a claim for the value of the goods. Any extra costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
